PETROKH Launches "Lingyun Class" to Welcome New Talent

To ensure every new team member can quickly take root and flourish within PETROKH, the company specially organized a three-day "Lingyun Class First Term New Employee Orientation Training."

Deputy General Manager Zhao Jindun delivered a welcoming speech, personally recounting the company's development journey and providing a deep interpretation of the corporate culture. He helped everyone understand the company's expectations for and commitment to cultivating new talent, emphasizing that the "PETROKH Spirit" is not just a slogan, but a guide to action integrated into daily work.

In the classroom, everyone engaged in lively discussions centered around the industry chain map. From the core functions of fracturing and cementing products to the detailed parameters of injection equipment; from the operating principles of plunger pumps to the international standards for high-pressure manifolds, every knowledge point was broken down by senior instructors. Complemented by physical diagrams, 3D models, and video demonstrations, complex concepts were made instantly clear.

Stepping into the production workshop, the new partners finally had the chance to get hands-on with cementing and fracturing equipment. Through the clear and insightful explanations from technical experts, their understanding of the products gradually deepened.

The "Situational Skits" exercise allowed everyone to face common workplace communication challenges head-on, honing their response skills through an immersive experience. The fun and engaging interactions also brought the new members closer together. During the tea break, delicious snacks were prepared, providing a delightful treat for everyone's taste buds.

This "Lingyun Class" training serves as the starting point for new employees to integrate into PETROKH and, more importantly, the beginning of team collaboration.
