Integral joint
High-Pressure Joints are components used in cementing and fracturing equipment for high-pressure fluid control. They are widely used in acidic environments (excluding environments with CO2 or H2S acidic gases) for high-pressure discharge lines, input lines, temporary fluid flow lines, well testing lines, and other high-pressure transport lines.
Product Features
- The technical parameters and performance of high-pressure joints comply with API 6A standards. The product specification level is PS3, and the performance level is PR1, making it interchangeable with similar products from SPM.
- High-pressure integral joints are used for connecting various fracturing and cementing equipment on-site.
- The integral piping joint series includes long radius 90-degree elbows, right-angle elbows, T-shaped tees, Y-shaped tees, three-way manifolds, four-way manifolds, and reducers. Specifications are 2" and 3", with a cold working pressure of 42 MPa to 140 MPa (6000 psi to 20000 psi).
