Plunger Pump KTZ600S
Plunger pump KTZ600S is a reciprocating, positive displacement, single-acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump with a maximum input power of 600 hp. This pump is widely used in intermittent oil well operations, such as acidizing, cementing, fracturing and water injection.
Product Features
Main structural characteristics:
1. Composed of three parts: the power end, the fluid end and the gearbox.
2. Features a unique external gearbox design, with the gearbox able to be positioned on either the left or right side, and offers 16 different installation positions. This design facilitates vehicle layout and maintenance.
3. With small size and light weight. With its short pump structure design, it is suitable for twin-pump vehicles (skid-mounted) and has become a standard product for cementing trucks and injection equipment.
4. Provides complete interchangeability with similar plunger pump assembly products.
5. Offers two different pump head bodies to accommodate four different sizes of plungers (3", 3.5", 4" and 4.5"), allowing for various pressures and displacements for customer selection.

Optional Configuration
The pump adopts a special short-structure design, making it suitable for double-engine double-pump truck-mounted cementing units, such as truck-mounted cementing unit GJC(Q)100-30, GJC(Q)70-30, 700-type truck-mounted acid-fracturing unit, skid-mounted high-pressure injection unit 45-21, etc.
