Skid-mounted water injection unit
Oilfield water reinjection equipment, using clutch and mechanical gearbox combination for power transmission, reducing the overall cost of the equipment, using dense arrangement, compact structure.
Product Features
1. Modular Design: The equipment can be modularly designed, with high-pressure injection and acid rationing made into separate modules. Each module can perform its respective functions independently or be used in combination.
2. Closed Acid Tank Design: The acid tank features a closed design to prevent the formation of acid mist and ensure personnel safety.
3. Centralized Operation: All operations are concentrated in the control box on the platform, allowing one person to operate the entire machine. It has a high degree of integration and automation.
4. Optional Remote Control: The equipment can be equipped with an optional remote control device, with a control range of up to 50 meters.
5. Acid-Resistant Plunger Pump Seals: The plunger pump uses acid-resistant seals, extending the service life of the pump's wearing parts under the same working conditions.
